The curriculum covered the complete jointing process for ST3150-grade sidewall belts, including steel cord preparation, stepped overlap layering, and vulcanization process control. Training samples were taken from the same production batch as the Japanese power plant order, strictly adhering to Japanese acceptance standards, ensuring every technical detail meets international client expectations.

For sidewall belts, jointing involves not only high tensile strength but also sidewall sealing and operational stability-making the process considerably more complex than standard conveyor belt jointing.
