We implement strict full-process quality control throughout production and pre-shipment. Raw materials are inspected upon incoming. Each production phase undergoes regular in-process testing. Yes, third-party inspection before shipment is supported. You may appoint your authorized third-party inspector to conduct on-site checks on product specifications, quality and quantity at our factory. We will fully cooperate with the whole inspection process.

Our conveyor belts adopt standard export-oriented packing. Usually belts are rolled up, wrapped with waterproof plastic films and heavy-duty woven fabrics. Steel frames (iron racks) and wooden pallets are applied for firm support, effectively preventing deformation, moisture and damage during sea or land transportation. Special packing requirements can also be followed per your request.

We mainly ship from Qingdao Port. We can deliver goods to your country. We can arrange shipment to your designated destination port or location based on your trade terms (EXW/FOB/CIF etc.). Please tell us your target destination, and we will handle the relevant logistics accordingly.

Yes, conveyor belts and matching accessories can be shipped together in one container. We will optimize the loading plan to make full use of container space. If you have special loading or separation requirements, please inform us in advance.

We provide complete technical documents for each order. These include packing list, commercial invoice, quality inspection report, test certificates and relevant standard compliance documents. If you need special technical files such as drawings or material data sheets, please notify us in advance, and we will prepare them accordingly.

We offer a standard warranty for our conveyor belts against manufacturing defects. The warranty period depends on belt type and working conditions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, overloading, harsh misuse or normal wear-and-tear. Should any manufacturing-related issue occur within warranty scope, we will provide corresponding solutions. Please feel free to contact us for detailed warranty terms.

We have a complete after-sales handling system. Once you raise any after-sales concerns, our technical team will respond promptly. We will analyze the root cause based on your feedback, photos or site information. If the problem falls within our warranty scope, we will work out targeted solutions. Proper storage conditions are required for conveyor belts before installation. Belts should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse, away from direct sunlight, rain, oil, chemicals and heat sources. Keep the belts rolled and placed upright on steel frames or pallets, avoid flat stacking to prevent deformation. Do not place heavy objects on the belt rolls. If long-term storage is needed, regular rotation is recommended. Please let us know if you need the detailed storage guideline document.
