- Capable of customizing steel cord reinforcements ranging from ST630 to ST7500, ensuring superior load-bearing capacity.
Semi-finished Products Workshop
- Storage facility for semi-finished conveyor belts.
- Equipped with tension and thickness inspection devices to ensure batch-to-batch product stability.
Sidewall Belt Finishing Workshop
- Facilitates the coiling, pressing, and preliminary shaping of sidewall conveyor belts.
- Highly automated to ensure precise control over critical dimensions, such as belt width and thickness.
Semi-finished Product Roughening & Cutting
- Performs surface roughening and sectional cutting on semi-finished sidewall belts.
- Enhances adhesion during subsequent vulcanization and improves the overall neatness and finish of the final product.
Laboratory
- Equipped with a comprehensive suite of testing instruments for tensile strength, oil resistance, heat resistance, and other parameters.
- All conveyor belts undergo rigorous quality inspections prior to shipment to ensure compliance with international standards, such as ISO 9001.
Workshop Quality Control
- Quality inspectors are stationed along the production line to monitor manufacturing parameters in real-time.
- A batch tracking system is implemented to ensure product reliability and traceability upon delivery.
Sidewall Belt Shipping
- Products are packaged in rolls for shipment, adhering to standard export packaging protocols.
