Skirt rubber is of wide application as conveyor belt sealing, offering a tight seal between the belt and loading chutes, preventing material leakage and reducing dust generation. Skirt rubber sheets act as seal against impact damage, extending the conveyor belt's life.

Y-type skirt rubber is kind of dual layer skirt rubber which has been used in both sides of guiding chutes of belt conveyor. The skirt rubber has been made of rubber and polyurethane which could offer dual sealing with superior wear resistant and no damage to the belt. It has been installed with clamps, easy to install, adjust and maintain.

Two main specification are available in our production. The one with 63mm outer dual layer is mainly used for the belt width beyond 1000mm while the outer layer of 41.9mm is mainly used for the belt width 1000mm and under.
