QBF rubber has the largest single-unit production base for edge protection belts. The modern and intelligent production workshop covers an area of approximately 15,000 square meters and is equipped with complete automated production lines for processes such as mixing, rolling, molding, semi-finished product vulcanization, edge protection belt finished product bonding vulcanization, fabric core flat belt vulcanization, and steel wire rope flat belt vulcanization.
It adopts the European standard hot vulcanization process, ensuring stable product performance and a design service life of over 5 years.

Rapid installation and replacement of vertical conveying systems

By using the self-developed installation equipment of QBF rubber, we can efficiently complete the installation and replacement services for systems such as large-angle conveyors, small-sized short-distance conveyors, and large-sized long-distance conveyors. In recent years, we have completed many engineering service projects both domestically and internationally. We have effectively solved the problem of tape damage during the installation process of large angles, high lifting heights, and heavy-duty edge belts, thereby extending the service life of the tape and reducing installation risks.

The conveyor belt joints are the weak points of the conveyor belt. The overall service life of the belt is often restricted by the quality of the joints, resulting in a shortened service life and posing a risk of belt breakage.
